Faculty Resource Centre

The Faculty Resource Centre is designed to support the NetTel@Africa Faculty prepare and deliver the Post Graduate Diploma and Masters Degree curricula. Information provided by this Centre is organised in our main topic areas. If you have recommendations for improving this resource, please share your thoughts on the discussion forum for this Centre and/or send your comments to Matthew Mitchell (matthew_mitchell@wsu.edu).

The four topical areas included in the Faculty Resource Centre are:

• Student Issues - This section provides ideas and materials useful in handling student-related issues such as course enrollment, KEWL registration, scholarships, orientations and communication.
• Network Issues - This chapter presents information to help NetTel Faculty understand and work within the network of partner institutions. Examples of information contained in this chapter include descriptions of the network's structure, policies, and overall goals.
• eLearning Resources - This chapter discusses the many ideas behind eLearning, including the rationale, techniques, and approaches.
• KEWL Resources - This sections addresses the basic and advanced skills needed to design, implement, and revise course content on KEWL.
