Cindy McHargueCindy McHargue is the Program Administrative Manager for the Connecting Schools and Communities Initiative at the Washington State University's Center to Bridge the Digital Divide. Prior to transferring to the Center, Cindy was the Assistant to the Superintendent and Executive Secretary for the Board of Directors for Mead School District.
