Mr. Jenkins is the Global Networks Program Manager at the Center to Bridge the Digital Divide. He holds a Masters of International Business Management (MIM) degree from Whitworth College and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. He has over 12 years of international training management and business consulting experience with practical application in program design, curriculum development, marketing and onsite delivery of contract training services to regional and international business clients. Vern is responsible for Global Network’s project budgets including sub contract agreements and invoicing. Past business experience includes working with corporate clients to identify their employee training needs, develop and deliver customized curriculum, and contract with highly skilled professionals to deliver effective on-site training programs. His instructional and training development expertise includes specialized skills in training needs analysis, leadership development, project management, process improvement, quality tools implementation, and integration of operational business objectives with prioritized training needs.
